Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.Your RoleAs an SAP IBP Consultant, you are responsible for architecting and delivering end-to-end solutions within the SAP Integrated Business Planning suite that align with an organization’s strategic supply chain objectives. Your role involves deeply understanding business processes and translating them into scalable, efficient, and data-driven planning solutions using SAP IBP modules such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).You serve as a critical liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that functional requirements are accurately captured and effectively implemented. Your expertise enables organizations to enhance forecast accuracy, streamline supply chain operations, and improve responsiveness to market dynamics. In addition to solution design and configuration, you play a key role in system integration, user training, testing, and post-implementation support, driving continuous improvement and innovation in planning processes.Your ResponsibiltiesUnderstand and analyze complex business requirements related to supply chain planning. Design and configure SAP IBP modules such as Demand Planning (DP), Supply Planning (Heuristics & Optimizer), Inventory Optimization, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP). Develop planning views, key figures, attributes, and master data models tailored to business needs.Implementation & Integration: Lead or support full-cycle SAP IBP implementations, from blueprinting to go-live. Integrate SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and external systems using tools like CPI-DS or HCI. Ensure seamless data flow and synchronization between systems for real-time planning.Business Engagement & Process Alignment: Conduct workshops and interviews with business users to gather and validate requirements. Translate business needs into functional specifications and system configurations. Provide expert guidance on best practices in supply chain planning and IBP usage.Testing, Training & Support: Develop test plans and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Create user documentation and deliver training sessions to ensure smooth adoption. Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.Analytics & Reporting: Design and deliver planning dashboards and reports using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or other BI tools. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest SAP IBP features and roadmap. Identify opportunities to enhance system performance and user experience.
